چکیده
Abstract Introduction Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is a largely preventable cause of morbidity and mortality in post-operative patients, however Guidelines for VTE prophylaxis breast cancer surgery are not well-established. Methods A comprehensive search was undertaken all studies that described the role surgery. Comparative reported on postoperative outcomes between patients who received (prophylaxis) those did (no prophylaxis) were included analysis. meta-analysis using random-effects model used to analyze key outcomes, with data presented as odds ratio (OR). Results total 2470 from 6 this study. Of these patient, 60.9% (n: 1504) prophylaxis. The haematoma rate study 0.05% 133). incidence significantly associated use (6.85% versus 3.11%, p: 0.001). Surgical intervention haematomas also group (3.15% 0.83%, 0.004). However there no difference events both groups (0.26% 0.36%, 0.88). Conclusion increased without any benefit preventing venous thromboembolic events. Further examine risk assessment tools high may be beneficial.

AbstractBreast cancer is a multifactorial disease. Benign breast disease (BBD) is one of the most important risk factors for breast cancer. The etiology of BBD is unknown. It is divided into nonproliferative and proliferative diseases. The selection of studies will be based on titles, abstract screening, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and quality assessment. Previous studies have shown that ...

Background: Some studies have investigated the effects of iron on breast carcinogenesis and reported different findings about the association between Fe and breast cancer risk. This study was conducted to estimate this effect using meta-analysis method. Methods: A total of 20 articles published between 1984 and 2017 worldwide were selected through searching PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Web of Scien...
